KMIT Construction Co.Ltd. (KMIT)

KMIT is recognized as a premier builder of quality villas, resorts/hotels and commercial buildings in Phuket Island Construction and the surrounding areas.  Its portfolio of clients has some of the most prestigious hotels and resorts on the island.


The company was founded in 2009 by its CEO Mr.Kowit Chankong and today they continue to build upon their excellent reputation as a reliable, trustworthy construction partner capable of delivering even the most complex projects on time and within budget.


Although our company has grown in size and stature it still remains a family owned business offering principal involvement on every project not matter how small or large. Their approach with every project is with remarkable attention to detail and a passion for excellence.

CBRE in Thailand

CBRE was the first international real estate consultant firm to be established in Bangkok. Since opening in June 1988, they have grown to be the market leader in real estate services in Thailand.

With their continued expansion, they opened a Phuket office in 2004. They now have more than 1,300 property professionals, enabling the firm to provide strategic advice and execution for sales and leasing for all types of property; property, facilities and project management; valuation and advisory; and research and consulting.



Director, Bob Speed has over 30 years construction and design experience in Hong Kong and Thailand- and is a graduate of South Bank University, London.


Bob has been involved in major hotel projects including Marriott , Novotel and Dream, and is currently working with Radisson on a major new hotel in Phuket.



A leading marketing and design agency who have been servicing the real estate, technology and retail sectors since 1993.


ZOO has managed the marketing deliverables for various premier brands including The Hyatt Group, Singapore Tourist Promotion Board, Sydney University, Ray Ban, P & O Ports and Hyundai Automotive. They were also responsible for setting up Australia's first online advertising media placement platform and for launching the world's first coin operated Internet Public Access Terminals (IPATs).


Although they have been accredited with several design awards, their strongest credential to date was the development of the brand for the Internet start-up OzEmail in 1994, who became one of Australia's top Internet and e-mail service providers, and the company was purchased by MCI WorldCom in 1999 for $520 million (Australian).
