The individual buildings have been carefully designed to not only compliment it's surroundings, but to efficiently preserve as much of the natural landscape and the beautiful flora and fauna surrounding it.
The utilisation of readily available recycled wood at Waterfall Heights enables it a second life. Other natural and sustainable materials, like farmed fast-growing bamboo is used in smaller structures on the property due to its extreme natural flexibility and strength, which gives it greater ability to be manipulated into beautiful organic shapes which in turn reflects the beautiful forms found in nature.
Environmental impact of the surrounding communities have been also considered in a multifaceted effort which includes water and energy conservation, green waste recyling, eco-friendly amenities and efficient lanscape planning and maintenance.
As an owner at Waterfall Heights, you will be contributing to the efforts for sustainability. Waterfall Heights will plant trees for each apartment purchased.
